After running like crazy, this dog had dashed over and leaped into a tub of water. There is a fenced area in Alton Baker Park where dogs can take their exercise off the leash.

Correct Answer is Building, Its a Building here in Eugene, OR that look upside down. There are a set of two and they are known as "The Upside Down Buildings" or Darth Vader Buildings" My office is on the top floor of one of them so walking up to my office I snapped this Photo
